Quality Control

All of our diesel generator and gas generators will be tested for more than four hours. The testing process as follows: 

1. After assembled the diesel generator, our inspector will inspect each part are tighten enough. 

2. Testing the leakage of the fuel tank, we will put the air inside the fuel tank to check if any leakage. 

3. Fill the coolant, oil, and fuel, then start up the diesel generator to test the performance. After we set up the speed controller, Genset controller, and make sure the diesel generator is normally working, we will test the diesel generator in idle for 15mins, then add 25% load for 15mins, 50% load for 15mins, 75% load for 30mins, 100% load for at least one hour, and test 110% load for one hour. 

4. After the testing, we will leave for the diesel generator for 24hours to make sure all the liquids are no leakage. Then release the liquids and paint the high-temperature painting in the turbocharger and connection pipes. 

5. After the high-temperature painting, we will clean the complete diesel generator, and pack the diesel generator with foam materials and ready for shipment.
