500kW Cummins Generator with Diesel Engine KTAA19-G6A and Leroy Somer Alternator for Industrial

Supply the 500kW Cummins diesel generator with model KTAA19-G6A Cummins Engine produced by Chongqing Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. and Leroy Somer alternator produced by Emerson Electric Co. The Cummins power generators rate output at 500kW / 625kVA, standby output 550kW / 688kVA. 

Prime Output: mean the diesel generator available for an unlimited number of annual hours in variable load application, in accordance with GB/T2820-97 (eqv ISO8528); a 10% overload capability is available for a period of 1 hour with a 12hours period of operation.

Standby Output: mean the diesel generator is applicable for supplying emergency power for duration of a utility power interruption. No overload, utility parallel or negotiated outage operation capability is available at this rating.

Design of the Diesel Generator:

Supply Range of 500kW Cummins Generator: 

1. The diesel generator included Cummins diesel engine model KTAA19-G6A and Leroy Somer alternator model TAL-A47-F;

2. Supply the 8hours base frame fuel tank at 75% load with capacity at 750Litres;

3. Supply two of 12V free maintenance batteries with capacity at 200A parallel connection for DC 24V starting system. 

4. Supply the automatic start / stop control panel for the diesel generator; 

5. Supply the dampers for the diesel engine and alternator. 

6. Supply the muffler, radiator, breaker and other electric parts for the Cummins genset.
